Penguin 2.0 News: Google sued for penguin slur?

Penguins are known for their cute antics and the true devotion they show when protecting their eggs during the harshest winters imaginable on the shores of Antarctica. These aquatic, flightless birds are famous throughout the world for their particularly upright waddle and tuxedoed appearance. Their sweet reputation, however, has been taking a battering recently, through no fault of their own, and so the penguin is striking back!

Today it was announced by a representative of ‘The Colony’, the Emperor Penguin’s administrative flipper, that they have instructed their legal team to begin proceedings against search engine Google for defamation. Read the full story »
