We are a young and fast-growing full service online marketing agency with a friendly, but demanding client base. We have a reputation for delivering high quality service and we’re looking for someone who’s motivated and passionate about PPC and online marketing to slot straight in to the existing team structure and manage our client’s PPC accounts.

This is a client-facing role working alongside the account manager. As PPC manager you’ll be responsible for the setup, structuring, optimisation and analysis of all our client’s PPC account as well as devising recommendations and preparing client presentations and proposals.

Campaign Management Responsibilities

  • Expert knowledge of how to deliver efficient and profitable online marketing campaigns (predominantly through PPC and display)
  • Strong working knowledge of how to setup and structure accounts for maximum efficiency
  • Formulating campaign strategy, researching keywords & potential marketing channels, analysing competitors, and testing
  • Project managing all of the activity and processes required to proficiently run campaigns
  • Optimise and adjust activity to align with activity targets
  • Producing client facing reports, studies and presentations
  • Maintaining an in depth understanding of the digital marketplace, with particular emphasis on all new and emerging initiatives and technologies


  • Demonstrate measurable success through the achievement of client Goals & Metrics. E.g. account sales, profitability, lead generation, campaign management, report generation/analysis and overall service.

Knowledge & Experience Requirements

  • An in-depth knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in running PPC campaigns (particularly Google Analytics and other web analytics packages).
  • Minimum 2 years experience running PPC campaigns
  • A good understanding of Google analytics and multi-attribution sales models
  • Strong knowledge of analytics, reporting and bid management tools such as DoubleClick, Google Analytics, Webtrends and Omniture
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Facebook/social advertising models, SEO and affiliates an advantage

  • Possesses strong business writing skills and able to produce high quality documents
  • Demonstrates a structured and methodical way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands and effectively prioritise tasks
  • Exhibits a high level of attention to detail
  • Possesses strong interpersonal skills, particularly influencing and listening skills
  • Possesses strong customer telephone and face-to-face skills
  • Is a confident and articulate presenter
  • Proven ability to proficiently run meetings
  • Possesses the requisite Project Management skills required to ensure seamless standards of service and delivery
