There are few other industries where reputation is as important as in the professional services arena. Reputations have, in some cases, taken generations to build, but in the words of Benjamin Franklin

It takes many good deeds to build a good reputation and only one bad one to lose it.

Although everyone accepts this truth, it is often overlooked… at huge risk. From negative review, to blog posts naming brands and even partners appearing in Google, the power of the online user to create havoc, very easily, cannot be ignored.

This workshop will look at:

  • the risks facing professional services firms
  • how you can protect yourself both professionally and personally from an attack
  • how to best deal with the situation when you are attacked
  • and even how to turn this power of mass communication into one of your strongest marketing tools

Through understanding the risks, protective measures and rewards that must be appreciated when considering a brand’s reputation, attendees will achieve the peace of mind that comes from knowing that they are prepared for any and all eventualities.

Following the session there will be the opportunity for a roundtable discussion where attendees can bring up specific questions and concerns that they may have.

This workshop takes place aboard WWI Q Boat – HMS President – and there is a free event held on board from 18:30 until 23:00 where there will be talks from a number of speakers dealing specifically with the issue of Digital Reputation and Influence.
